How to Accomplish All that God Wants You to Do
Take inventory of The Time of Your Life:
- Are you busier than ever but accomplishing less?
- Do you constantly find a gap between the time you have and the time you need?
- Do you waste two hours a day? (Most People do!)
- Has the joy of the Lord been replaced by a driven feeling?
- Have you learned how to say no?
- Are your priorities straight?
- Do you recognize Jesus as a time-management expert?
At the end of three-and-one-half years of ministry, Jesus said to His Father, "I have finished the work which Thou gavest Me to do" (John 17:4). Author Mark Porter tells how you can accomplish all that God wants you to do by using the GAP method of time management based on Ephesians 5:15-17.
Dr. Porter was caught in a “scurry syndrome” when he developed there principles and applied them in his life. They were so helpful he presented them first in time-management seminars, and now by popular request in print. Dr. Porter earned the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in chemical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and has been an executive in research and development. He is currently a teaching elder at Valley Bible Church in San Ramon,California, and travels widely as a church growth consultant through the auspices of Interest Ministries in Wheaton, Illinois.
