This is perhaps the single most helpful resource out there! Greater Dubuque deals with housing, careers, and getting to know Dubuque. Leisure Services Department
They coordinate the Dubuque city league sports. They also publish the “City of Dubuque Parks and Recreation” activities brochure. This is a summer, fall, and winter publication with tons of community involvement information.
